The Strategy phase is all about research, which allows us to get an accurate assessment of our client's business objectives, the intended audience, and the unique challenges the project presents. We do a little field work—interviewing employers, talking to marketers—while we take a look at your existing site, review the competition, and look over traffic analytics. By the end of the strategic phase, we will know what we need to do, and how we need to do it.

Our process has been organized into four main stages. Each step of our process is precisely planned, communicated, agreed upon, and documented by the project team.
