The need for feed: With Macromedia's MXNA, we're all about instant gratification.

The Macromedia XML News Aggregator (MXNA) was a feed aggregator, collecting online news on all Macromedia-related information and technologies. Like any RSS feed, its usefulness depends on continuous access, so without a mobile application, many MXNA followers had limited access to their news feeds.
Hoping to broaden the availability of its MXNA feed, maybe.for.you. developed an interface that provided all the features of the MXNA website, but was optimized for the mobile platform.
The mobile MXNA program needed to be able to download and store large amounts of data to the user's device without long delays or lag time. We needed to manage memory usage to optimize both performance and user experience on the mobile device.
Since the average phone has a very small screen, we had to make sure everything could be seen clearly, while still retaining the polished look of the brand. When designing the look of the platform, maybe.for.you. considered when and where a user would be accessing the MXNA application—probably during the day, under the sun or florescent lamps—and used that information to design a high-contrast user interface that would make feeds easy to read.
