Our software helps keep things simple the only way we know how: with great design

More so than just about any competitive sport, golf is used to combat stress. It follows then, that golf fans would be very protective of the leisurely side of "leisure sports." When it came time to design a ticket distribution program for PGA tournaments, we knew that the end result needed to be an application that was as stress-free as possible. After all, golf fans take relaxation very seriously.
PGA was looking to improve ticket distribution for pre-ordered and will-call tickets on tournament days. maybe.for.you. designed a branded touch-screen point-of-sale (POS) application that PGA volunteers could learn easily and use effortlessly. The better our application, the shorter the lines, and the happier the fans.
maybe.for.you. collaborated with Sumo Consulting to design an interface that anyone—regardless of experience—could use. This application could be quickly installed onto any computer at an event, and in case there was trouble getting a clear internet signal, it needed to be functional both on- and offline. The application was also developed to work with most off-the-shelf POS equipment: printers, scanners, etc.
We designed the look and feel of the interface based around the unique challenges of outdoor use—high contrast graphics and legible fonts—while still keeping the palette sophisticated enough for indoor use, and consistent with the look of the PGA brand.
