When we first met the team at Talon, we learned they had built a prototype application that was serving as a proof of concept for their idea. While not perfect, the tool was generating traction and beginning to taking off. Eager to expand on this success, the team was looking to invest in refining the experience and adding new functionality to address the feedback they were getting from customers. Talon also wanted to expand access to the application for mobile phones and tablet devices.
We spoke with stakeholders in the company to learn more about the business goals of the application and to better understand how it was being used in the field. This led to an iterative design process beginning with wireframes and increasing in design fidelity as we ironed out features and functionality their users wanted.

The final product puts user-friendly controls into the hands of both office and field professionals to more efficiently record, tag, annotate, and export final deliverables. Allowing subject matter experts the real-time ability to work with multiple members of their team to view site conditions and inspect equipment. Replacing the need for numerous conferencing, file-sharing, and media editing tools.
